My body is like a vintage car—finely tuned, requires specialized care, and yes... the “Check Engine” light is flashing again. 🚗💨
As if juggling Fibromyalgia, constant ME/CFS , and ADHD wasn’t enough, I’m currently back in “diagnostic limbo,” undergoing testing to confirm two new health challenges.
This is the reality for so many of us in the chronic illness and invisible illness community. It’s a constant process of adaptation, testing, and finding a new normal. It can be exhausting, scary, and overwhelming.
